Mini Billboard Instructions for the Traditional Mini

You can order the metal or black plastic mini billboards. Printing the mini and placing the print on the insert can be tricky. Once the ad is placed on the insert it is important to know that the ad will be adhered and unlikely to be removed. Giving the mini billboard as a gift is a thoughtful way to thank your client but please take the time to read instructions prior.

To print a mini Traditional billboard, follow these steps:

☑ Make sure your ad is sized exactly as a 4″ H x 12″ W ad.

☑ Feel free to use our pre sized template or design on your own.

☑ Always save your file as a PDF.

☑ Open your printer settings and set the paper size to Legal (8.5×14 inches).

☑ Select Photo Glossy Paper as the paper type.

☑ Adjust the print quality to High for the best results.

☑ Choose Actual Size to ensure proper scaling.

☑ Cut your mini billboard. Final measurements should be 4″x12″

☑ Carefully peel off the paper from the insert to expose the adhesive area.

☑ Carefully line up the print with the mini insert and place on the adhesive area. Be careful because one it is stuck the print will not come off.

If you place it incorrectly you can try to use double sided tape or spray adhesive to reapply a new ad.

Select Actual Size and Auto from your print settings.

Make sure to select Photo Glossy paper. Or choose the type of paper you are going to print on.

Make sure your selection is Legal size paper 8.5×14. Select High Quality Output (This makes sure your print quality is high)
